Hello, I’m Jayne – and I enable people like you to make positive life changes and live well.

I do this by drawing on what I’ve learned over the years – academically, professionally and from my own life experiences – to offer effective solutions which are as unique as the person I am helping.  My solutions have a scientific backbone and I share them with warmth, compassion, intuition and empathy to help you to create positive, sustainable change and truly live your best life.

I am a mindfulness specialist, forest bathing guide, career transition coach and pharmaceutical scientist.  My corporate career spans 40 years – including 25 years as a pharmaceutical scientist with Pfizer and 15 years as a career transition coach / mindfulness specialist with LHH Global. I have also been fundraising for my local Hospice group for 40 years, and had the privilege of taking on my first volunteer role with patients in 2009.  I am currently running 8 week ‘Relax and Restore’ programmes for patients and carers at the 3 Hospice Therapy Centres – which is enabling the patients to live well and experience an enhanced quality of life, even at life end.

I have had a deep love of nature since I was just a few years old – and it still fills me with the same awe and wonder I experienced as that small child. Nature – whether around me or within me – literally ‘grounds’ me every day. Science also proves we can learn to develop and grow our innate natural skills, as well as connecting with the nature that surrounds us.  And when we do, it not only gives us practical and effective ways to live life with more peace and clarity, it also boosts our physical and mental health and resilience.  This builds a strong and vital foundation so we are able to better deal with whatever life brings us and supports us well as we make those specific life changes we wish to make.
